Company Development & Specialisation
The practices early years included many varied project types but with a focus on Hotels, with the down turn in the Hotel market – our expertise has turned to High End Residential. there are many parallels with these two market places.
During our Hotel years we successfully executed in excess of 15 swimming pool complexes – large or small the art of dealing with swimming pools is an acquired knowledge.
One of the most important elements of high end residential projects is the multiple bathrooms again our hotel experience has come to the fore, providing the quantities of hot water at the right water pressures, is of paramount importance in both hotels and high end residential properties.
Finally the technology involved in distributed TV/AV/Communication has a distinct similarity between the hotel market place and the high end residential market place.
To support the engineering we have developed a first class support team of drawing and computer aid design draughting specialists who work closely with the engineers and external partners to ensure a fast and accurate turn around of information.
We employ Computer Aid Design technology to ensure services and structure are properly co-ordinated. Our designs are developed using proactive modeling systems to optimize the sizing of plant and equipment to achieve best outcomes whilst controlling space and cost parameters.
