Recent refurbishment on a £50m mansion in Chelsea over a 12 month contract period.

The brick building started life as a school — it still retains “girls” and “boys” entrances — and was later a magistrates’ court.

Full overhaul of Comfort cooling system, new equipment installed within the plant room, rejuvenation and retention of extensive BMS system.

We originally designed the house in 2002 and were commissioned by the new owner in 2018 to design the refurbishment works
