A permitted development change of use from an old office space, to 5 luxury apartments within a listed building. Carnell Warren Associates design the building services, including the relocation of incoming UKPN services that served other flats within the building. This required close monitoring and clear communication to ensure services were not disrupted. Each apartment was removed from the old landlord plant equipment and was provided with dedicated plant equipment in the property’s vaults, including comfort cooling.
